LAFIDKI is a London-based sound/visual artist, and founder of Chinabot, a platform and collective created to change the dialogue surrounding Asian music. LAFIDKI is the moniker of Saphy Vong, who has been releasing experimental electronic since 2008. He was born in a refugee camp in Phanat Nikhon (Thailand) to Cambodian refugee parents who fled Pol Pot's regime and was raised in France. He released his EP ‘Absynthax’ via Orange Milk records. He's a sound artist and conceptual collagist who performs around the world. His music is an confluence of ideas, synthesising multiple underrepresented histories, geographies, musical genres and cultural signifiers into compelling, colourful sonic material that packs contemporaneous dancefloor weight.��LAFIDKI last album Derichan explores the rituals and traditions of his Cambodian heritage while protesting the repression increasingly prevalent in the country.A key inspiration for Derichan is the more than 20 ethnic groups residing in Cambodia’s uplands and mountains whose unique cultures, languages and histories are at risk.Derichan is a record of bombastic, widescreen synthesis. But it weaves itself into a broader narrative of preserving identity in the face of oppression and homogenisation.

LAFIDKI has played at a number of international festivals: Donau Festival 2018 (Krems), VIA 2012 (Pittsburgh), Nuit blanche - French Institute 2016 (Kyoto/Japan), represented Cambodia at Tallinn Music Week. He has shared stage with Hype Williams, KXP, Tzusing, James Ferraro, Nightmares on Wax, Molly Nilsson, Andy Stott, Varg, Tropic of Cancer, Laurel Halo, Amnesia Scanner, Faka and James Holden.His music was played by BBC, NTS Radio..


MSHR is the art collective of Birch Cooper and Brenna Murphy. The duo collaboratively builds and explores systems composed of sound, light, sculpture, software and circuitry. Their practice is a self-transforming cybernetic entity with its outputs patched into its inputs, the resulting emergent form serving as its navigational system. These outputs primarily take the form of installations and performances that integrate interface design with generative systems and a distinctive formalist approach. MSHR's name is a modular acronym, designed to hold varied ideas over time.
MSHR emerged from the art collective Oregon Painting Society in 2011 in Portland, Oregon.


PISITAKUN started making visual arts in 2009, and started playing music sometime later with an interest in how expressions shape under different media environments. Historical events, synthetic sounds, and musical instruments inspire his songs. Pisitakun's practice represents a decisive break from many of his Thai peers in time when the country's history unfolds under an ongoing martial law since the military coup d'état on 22 May 2014-- he questions fundamental and increasingly universal values without merely decrying the fact of corruption or offering neat palliatives. His works are based on political speculation and the external and internal frustrations artists are subject to.

Comprarable to action painting i make a self constructed performative setting
with element of absurdist theater, comic strip and arte povera. Most of the time
i use what i get in the place i arrive to make all the performance: The
scénographie, the dress, masks , collage, and music (instrument) so differrent
lattitude diferent show! I tested my music (my show) at the bigining on the
street just like a anarchist "demonstration" or like a mystical dervish begger.
For that i was invited (for example) several time in thereran by some
underground gallery To
work and show what could be possible to do with scab we find in every city and
how to make some noise in policed state (like in the TAZ theories).
so i'am more a sort of noise-ambient musician that usually use
theatralisation installation to perfect the effect of the music (an
other application)
